Before you send it
Does the consultation cost anything?
No. The site walk, the measurements, the photographs and the written itemized proposal are all free, and there is no obligation to buy at the end of it. We would rather spend an hour finding out a job is not a fit than sell you something that is not.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We read every submission and reply to agree a time, usually the same or next business day during office hours, which are Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm. Scheduled installation and service work is performed 9am to 5pm on weekdays; evenings and weekends are handled as emergency service, by arrangement and chargeable. If it is an urgent life-safety issue, say so in the form or call and it goes to the front.
What should I have ready?
Nothing, but three things make the proposal sharper: roughly how many doors and windows or how many camera views you want covered, whether anything is installed already and what brand it is, and whether the building is occupied while we work.
Will I get a real price or a sales visit?
A written, itemized proposal you can put next to somebody else's and compare line for line. It holds for 30 days. Nobody sits in your kitchen working a close, and there is no same-day discount that expires when we leave.
