Build your package
Build it yourself and watch the number move
Pick a panel, start from one of the three packages and add whatever the building needs. The total updates as you go, and when you are done you can send the build straight to us and we will price it properly after the site walk. Nothing here asks for a card and nothing commits you to anything.
Step 1
Pick your panel
Same package price whichever you choose. Cameras match the platform, so this is the one decision worth making first.
Step 2
Start from a package
Every build starts from one of the three, because a price for a panel on its own is not a price anyone can stand behind.
Step 3
Add what the building needs
Installed prices, charged on top of the package. Leave everything at zero if the package as written already covers you.
Detection
Long-range sensors
Life safety
Video
Access and automation
Monthly add-ons
Step 4
Send us the build
We read it, walk the property, and come back with a written proposal. No charge and no obligation.
Questions
Using the builder
Is the total this builder gives me a quote?
No. It is an accurate total for the equipment you selected at our published prices, which is enough to budget with, but it cannot see your building. What moves the number is the number of openings, the construction, where the panel can go and how far the outbuildings are. We establish that on a free site walk and the written proposal is the number you pay, held for 30 days.
What happens after I send a build?
We read it, call or email you to agree a time, and walk the property. You get a written itemized proposal, usually within a few business days. Sending a build does not commit you to anything and there is no charge for any part of that.
Why does every build start from a package?
Because a price for a panel on its own is not a price anyone can stand behind. The panel is the cheapest part of a working system and quoting it alone would be misleading. Each package is a real, complete system, and the add-ons price honestly on top of it.
Does picking a different panel change my total?
No. All three panels carry the same package price, so the choice is about range, which of your existing sensors carry over, and whether you end up in the Alarm.com app or the Total Connect app. Picking one here only records your preference for the site walk.
Pricing terms
About these prices
Every price on this page is a starting price for the equipment and work described, on a typical single-family property in our service area. It is published so you can budget, and it is not a quote, an estimate or an offer of contract.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Equipment costs, manufacturer pricing and monitoring rates move, and what is published here is what we are charging today. The price in your written proposal is the price we hold, and we hold it for 30 days from the date on the proposal.
What changes a package price: the number of openings, the construction of the building, the panel location and its power, the distance to outbuildings, and anything listed as quoted separately above. We establish all of that on the free site walk, before you are asked to sign anything.
Monthly monitoring rates exclude applicable taxes and any local alarm permit or false alarm fees, which are set by your city or county and are payable by the property owner. Monitoring runs for the term you choose, renews for the same length unless either side gives written notice 30 days before it ends, and renewal is at the rates current at that time.
Product names and availability change with the manufacturers. Where a model listed here has been discontinued we will substitute the current equivalent and say so on the proposal.

Would rather we just walked it?
Skip the builder. We come out, count the openings and put a proper number on it. No charge either way.
