Do you charge more to work outside Hampton Roads?
Travel and mobilization appear as their own line on the proposal rather than being hidden in the unit prices, so you can see exactly what the distance costs. Hampton Roads work carries none of it.
How quickly can you get to my property?
Same-week scheduling across the eight Hampton Roads cities. Elsewhere in Virginia we schedule and mobilize, which usually means agreeing a date rather than a next-day call.
Are you licensed everywhere in Virginia, or just locally?
Everywhere. A Virginia Class A contractor license (#2705190126) and DCJS registration (#11-20830) are issued by the Commonwealth, not by a city or county, so they are valid statewide. Individual localities still issue their own permits, which we pull for each job.
Which localities do you pull permits in?
Whichever one the job is in. Permit requirements, alarm registration and inspection routines differ between Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk and the rest, and handling that is part of the work rather than an extra.
