Who we serve
Builders & General Contractors
A low-voltage sub who shows up when the framer is done, wires to the plan, and does not hold up your drywall date. Class A licensed, insured, and used to being one trade among ten on a schedule.

What you get
- Class A licensed, insured, W-9 and COI on file
- Structured cabling, security, camera, A/V and network prewire
- Device locations confirmed on a pre-rough walk
- Nail plates, backing, sleeves and firestopping done properly
- Photo documentation of every wall before close-in
- Both ends labeled at rough-in, not at trim
- Standard per-plan packages for repeat builders
Rough-in that trims out clean
Half of low-voltage callbacks are decided at rough-in: boxes at the wrong height, no backing behind a display location, cable stapled through a stud without a nail plate, no slack left in the ceiling for a device that moved eight inches. We rough in with the trim-out in mind and label at both ends before the drywall goes on.
How we work on your schedule
We give you a duration, not a range, and we tell you what has to be true before we can start: framing complete, HVAC and plumbing in, plan set final. We take one walk with you before rough-in to confirm device locations against the actual framing, and we send photos of every wall before it closes.
Spec homes, custom, multi-family and commercial tenant improvement (TI)
We work repeat packages on spec and production homes, one-off custom scopes, multi-family buildings, and commercial tenant improvements. If you want a standard prewire package priced per plan so your estimator can drop it into a bid, we will build that with you.

Common questions
Do you carry insurance and can you be added to our sub list?
Yes. Virginia Class A contractor license #2705190126, DCJS #11-20830, insured, and we will provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming you as certificate holder.
Can you price a standard prewire package per plan?
Yes. For repeat builders we will build a fixed package per plan type so your estimator can drop a number in without a takeoff every time.
How much notice do you need?
The more the better, but we schedule rough-ins around framing completion and we will tell you honestly if we cannot hold your date rather than taking it and slipping.
Do you do commercial tenant improvement work?
Yes. Cabling, cameras, access control and fire alarm on TI projects, coordinated with the GC's schedule and the AHJ.
